By accessing or using WhatWasThat (the "Service") operated by Co Digit d.o.o. ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

WhatWasThat is an AI-powered service that helps users identify movies, TV shows, and YouTube videos based on descriptions. The Service is available via our website and iOS application. We offer both a free tier (limited searches) and a paid Pro subscription with unlimited searches.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method. You may cancel at any time from within the app — your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use automated tools to submit searches in bulk

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Co Digit d.o.o. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service uses third-party APIs and services (including AI providers, Supabase, Stripe, and Google) to provide functionality. We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of results provided by these services. Search results are AI-generated and may contain errors.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that search results will be accurate. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Co Digit d.o.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. In such cases, no refund will be issued for any remaining subscription period.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Croatia.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
